NOVETI only collects data strictly necessary for the purposes pursued.
Contact Form
When a user fills out the website's contact form (managed via the Forminator tool), the following data may be collected:
- First Name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Message content
Purpose: To enable NOVETI to respond to contact, information, or quote requests made by the user.
Legal Basis: The performance of pre-contractual measures taken at the user's request (Article 6.1.b of the GDPR) and the legitimate interest of NOVETI in responding to requests addressed to it (Article 6.1.f of the GDPR).
Audience Measurement (cookies)

Retention Period
- Data from the contact form: retained for a maximum period of three (3) years from the last contact with the user, unless otherwise required by legal or regulatory obligations.
- Audience measurement cookies: maximum lifespan of 13 months. The information collected through them is retained for a maximum period of 25 months.
At the end of these periods, or if the user exercises their right to erasure, NOVETI undertakes to delete the data concerned.
Data Security
NOVETI implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure an adequate level of security and to protect personal data against any alteration, loss, destruction, or unauthorized access.
